Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day, typically no later than Monday.

All orders are shipped discreetly through USPS to ensure reliable and confidential delivery.

Once an order has been accepted by USPS and marked as delivered, Kefi Kanna is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or otherwise mishandled by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to verify shipping information carefully and ensure a secure delivery location.

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the product and will arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

USPS Compliance

All products are shipped in accordance with applicable federal regulations and current USPS mailing standards. Returns & Refunds

Cannabis, Hemp, THCa & Consumable Products

Due to state and federal regulations, all sales of consumable products, including flower, vapes, concentrates, edibles, beverages, and other ingestible products, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you believe a product is defective or was sold in error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Accessories & Merchandise

Unopened and unused accessories, apparel, and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Returned items must be:

Unused
In original packaging
In resalable condition

Defective Products

If an accessory, battery, vaporizer, or other non-consumable product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Manufacturer warranties may apply.

Refund Method
